These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
TERMS OF SERVICE
By agreeing to terms of service, you accept the full risk of your service getting disabled or banned in case of any violation of the terms of your service. You accept the full risk of purchasing an email/account. If the hosting limits or in any way revokes your account, mgl-services.us will not replace or refund that account/service.
SERVICE ACCEPTANCE
When you purchase a service from us, you should provide us with the correct information. When you start using the services provided by us, it constitutes full acceptance in terms of delivery of the service. If your service is not as advertised, please contact us before using those services; otherwise, any kind of refund or replacement will be null and void.
If we agree upon a refund for a particular service, we will only pay the amount that you have paid to us for that service. We are not liable to pay for any additional expenses that you might have personally spent on that service.

EMAIL SERVICES TERMS
Account Usage & Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for how they use the email accounts provided. Any form of abuse, spam, phishing, or illegal activities conducted through our email services will result in immediate and permanent termination of access without refund.
Email Content & Attachments
We do not monitor or control the content of emails sent or received through our service. Users are responsible for managing their inboxes, including deleting spam, unwanted content, or cleaning up old emails. We are not liable for any malicious attachments, viruses, or malware that may be received through third-party communications.
Service Delivery
Email accounts are delivered instantly after payment confirmation. We make no guarantee of compatibility with third-party services beyond standard email protocols (IMAP/SMTP/POP3). Performance may vary depending on external systems or providers.
Security & Access
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from weak passwords, credential sharing, or user negligence.
Prohibited Activities
It is strictly prohibited to use our email accounts for spamming, bulk unsolicited messages, phishing attempts, or distribution of harmful content. Any violation will result in account suspension or permanent ban without notice.
Liability Disclaimer
We provide email services on an “as-is” basis. We are not responsible for loss of data, delayed delivery due to third-party networks, unauthorized access, or any damages caused by the use of the service. Users acknowledge the inherent risks of internet-based communications.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or causing harm to our systems or reputation.

Please note that all the products, images, and trademarks used here are the property of their respective owners. MyGamingLounge is a property of MGL-Services and is subject to Trademark. Any violation may lead to legal action.

REFUND POLICY
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you accept that there is no physical delivery required and that the product is a virtual item. You are content with the product bought and won’t charge back anytime in the near future. In case of any problem with account details, simply contact us.
Refunds are not applicable once the purchase is made and the service has been used. However, the buyer can ask for a replacement within 12 hours of purchase only if there is a valid reason, such as the service was not as advertised. Refunds are only applicable if the services are untouched from the client’s side and there is an issue in providing the services (from our side) which is reported immediately after placing the order within 12 hours. Mgl-services.us holds the right to cancel any refunds or replacements.
As stated above, all products and services sold by us are delivered digitally via email to the email address provided at the time of purchase. This email contains all necessary service details and, where applicable, login credentials. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges receipt of the product in digital format.
Claims of “Product Not Received” are invalid once our system logs show successful email delivery. Customers are responsible for checking their inbox, spam, and promotions folders. In the rare event of non-receipt, customers must contact us directly through our official support channels to resolve the issue.
Once the service is used, the buyer is not eligible for a refund or replacement. Replacements will only be issued if the services are not as described on the product page. If the services have been utilized by the buyer, the buyer is not eligible for a refund.
In the case of an account being compromised or locked, the customer must notify us as soon as possible so we can try to recover the account within the next three business days. We will not be held accountable if the compromised account gets banned. Any account purchased from us and banned due to any illegal activity by the end-user will not be entertained for any kind of refund/replacement or support.
We will not be responsible for any account sold by the end-user to another person. We do not buy back our accounts once sold. Customers are responsible for reading the product description carefully before purchasing. Once a product/service is purchased, mgl-services.us is not liable to provide a replacement or refund, and “item not as described” or “Product unacceptable” claims will not be entertained and will be completely null & void.
Customers are solely responsible for the safety of their debit/credit/visa/master cards and their PayPal account. Mgl-services.us cannot be held responsible for any “unauthorized transaction” made from the customer’s card or PayPal account and is not liable to pay any compensation or be subject to an unauthorized chargeback.
Customers are responsible for providing their proper email address. If they fail to provide the correct email address, mgl-services.us cannot be held responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of the digital product/service, and “item not received” claims will not be entertained and will be completely null & void. Refunds and chargebacks are not allowed and will not be entertained after purchasing our digital products.
Any dispute raised by the customer without contacting us through our support channels or after 12 hours of delivery will not be entertained. We are not liable to pay or give any kind of refund on chargebacks.
